Inspections & Repairs

Each DFW Luxury home comes from our own inventory, allowing us the flexibility to be creative and aggressive with our arrangements. Every home in our inventory is closely inspected by on of the strictest Inspectors in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

DFW Luxury Property will then take care of all the repairs on the house on the inspection report. From the roof, foundation, electrical and plumbing, DFW Luxury Property fix each home into perfect "as-is" condition.

Interior Design

Unlike most of our competitors, DFW Luxury Property sells each home beautifully furnished and ready to move in. Our professional, fulltime interior designers works with our contractors on every design aspect of the home, resulting in beautifully designed and furnished homes.
